This Shipping Policy describes how and when we deliver your orders, how shipping costs are calculated, and what to expect once your order has been dispatched.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable).
Please note: During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery Estimates

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order directly through the courier’s website.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted UK and international delivery partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the UK, customs or import duties may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@stmode.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Pre-orders or Backordered Items
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, we will ship your order once all items are available.
You will be notified of any significant delays.
