ST. MODE RETURNS POLICY
At ST. MODE, we craft pieces designedto make you feel your most confident —but we understand that sometimes the fit, feel, or style may not be exactly what you envisioned.
That’s why we offer a 14-day return window to keep things effortless and transparent. Please review the details below before sending anything back.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1.1. All returned items must arrive in pristine, original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached. We cannot accept items showing signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, or similar residues.
1.2. Items marked as *FINAL SALE*or *NON-RETURNABLE* are not eligible for return or exchange.
1.3.Purchases made directly at one of our ST. MODE STORES can be returned online within 14 DAYS of purchase, accompanied by your receipt.
1.4. If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our CUSTOMER CARE TEAM within 48 HOURS of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
1.5.Original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
2. RETURN SHIPPING
2.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that your initial delivery fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to ship your return independently, we recommend using a TRACKED AND INSURED COURIER SERVICE to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
3 QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL
3.1. Once your parcel has been received, our team will carefully inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return standards.
3.2. You’ll receive an EMAIL NOTIFICATION confirming whether your return has been APPROVED or DECLINED based on the inspection.
4. REFUNDS
4.1 Approved refunds will beprocessed using the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD used for your order.
4.2. Please allow up to 14 DAYS from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS &
EXCHANGES
At this time, ST. MODE does not offer international exchanges. Eligible international orders may be returned in accordance with this policy; however, exchanges must be placed as a new order.
